Hello, I'm L.D. Christianson.

I've been making up stories for as long as I've been talking. My debut was a two-part series called The Dance and The Veggie Dance, illustrated with photos of my dolls and lovingly transcribed by Mom.

As I've gotten older, my writing skills have improved - hopefully. I started this blog when I realized it was finally time to put my writing out into the world so people other than parents and professors can see it.

Since I started this blog, I have published my first fiction book, White Marbles, as well several articles for online publications.

I've always loved old things. My favorite decade is the 1930s.

I love music. My favorite genres are jazz, swing, and 70's folk/rock.

My all-time favorite genre is British mystery from the inter-war years (20's &30's).

I like TV shows more than movies. My favorites are sitcoms, mysteries, and old-school sci-fi. ​
